Sharing a name with an undefeated, record-setting race horse, the Nancy Hanks II is the second iteration of the Central of Georgia’s luxury passenger train, with the original making its debut in 1892. Both trains would become lovingly known simply as “The Nancy”, and just like its predecessor, the Nancy Hanks II would become legendary in its own right.
 
Inaugurated in July 1947, the Nancy Hanks II consisted of ACF “Sunliner” cars. Designed as an all-coach, high-comfort service, the Nancy Hanks II combined modernity, efficiency, and regional pride. Now, Golden Gate Depot brings this complete  consist to O Scale using premium aluminum construction and fully detailed interiors.
