Classic red, white, and blue striping applied to inherited Great Dome cars used primarily on western long-distance service.

Special Schemes – Adirondack & 40th Anniversary

    Applied during the late 2000s while assigned to the Adirondack route, this distinctive seasonal wrap celebrated scenic travel through New York State and made Ocean View one of the most visually recognizable Amtrak cars of its era.

 

  • Amtrak 10031 – “Ocean View” — 2011 Amtrak 40th Anniversary
    In 2011, Ocean View was repainted into a retro Phase III scheme as part of Amtrak’s 40th Anniversary celebration, combining modern service with a classic 1980s appearance.
