The first of the N&W's "Mollies", the late Thomas Dressler remarks, were main-line freight haulers and very successful in this first series. Described as a Consolidation with a 4-ft longer boiler, these engines didn't break any new ground but did pro- vide better riding qualities and more power on essentially the same wheelbase hauling freight for the N&W. Strasburg Railroad acquired #475 in 1991. Over the years it has gone through several lettering changes. We are offering this locomo- tive with it’s 10,000 gallon 4 wheel truck tender in Orignal N&W lettering (Footboard Pilot) and Strasburg lettering (Boiler Tube Pilot). Also available with 12,000 6 wheel truck tender as “In service” with a centered headlight. All with removable spark arrestors on the smoke stacks.
 
This superb scale model is built to run on 48” Radius 2 Rail Track or 054 3 Rail Track. The breadth of your collection cannot be without this Masterpiece.
